Poppy Seed Balls with Vanilla Custard – no oven, ready in minutes!


Ingredients for the balls:

  • 50 g almond flour
  • 75 g ground poppy seeds
  • Sweetener to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt


Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and shape into small balls.
  2. Roll them in additional ground poppy seeds.


For the vanilla custard:

  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • A little sweetener
  • Vanilla aroma/extract


Preparation:

Heat everything over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Let it cool and serve it alongside the balls.
