Preparation: Beat the eggs with a whisk until foamy. Add all the ingredients except the chocolate and mix. Pour into a lined mold (10x15) and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and add the chocolate bar, bake for another 8-10 minutes at 150 degrees, until the chocolate melts.
Preparation: Beat the egg whites until stiff, mix the egg yolks with the sweetener. Add the baking powder and egg whites. Bake in a 180 degree oven for 15 minutes and cut into 4 parts. For the cream, blend the fruits with the mascarpone, adding sweetener if necessary. Fill the sheets and refrigerate for 3 hours. Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder.
For the filling: Good quality ham, sliced cheese and cream cheese.
Preparation: Crush the cooked broccoli with the egg, 1 tablespoon cream cheese and a little salt and pepper to taste. Put half of it in an ovenproof dish and add the filling and cover with the other half of the broccoli. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
