Quick biscuit
Ingredients:
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 60 g yogurt
  • a pinch of salt
  • sweetener (to taste)

Preparation:
Mix the ingredients and form small buttons.
Bake in a 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
You can dip them in chocolate if you like.
Cooling strawberry and cream
Ingredients:
  • a few strawberries, sliced
  • half a cup of mascarpone
  • half a cup of Greek plain yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp. sweetener (to taste)
  • half a tsp. vanilla flavor

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients except the strawberries until creamy. Pour into a piping bag. Place half the cream at the bottom of a glass or goblet. Try to fit the strawberry slices neatly on the sides of the container to make it look more presentable. Place a few slices on the foam, and then place the remaining cream on top. Place more strawberry slices on top.
Donut (chocolate donut)
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Greek plain yogurt (125 ml)
  • 4 tbsp. cocoa powder (sugar-free)
  • 4 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp. almond flour
  • 1 tsp. bamboo fiber flour
  • sweetener to taste
  • vanilla flavor
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • About 50 g of dark chocolate for the top.

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients except the dark chocolate. Place in a silicone donut mold (if you don't have one, you can also use a muffin mold, or 4 small round microwavable molds. If you want a donut mold with holes, put a piece of rolled baking paper in the middle). Bake in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. After cooling, dip the donuts in melted chocolate.
Chicken bread
0% carbohydrate

Ingredients:
  • 50 g fried chicken (more or less is fine)
  • 2 eggs
  • a little baking powder
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)

Preparation:
Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and add the other ingredients. Blend with a hand blender until smooth.
Pour into a buttered dish (15×15 cm) and microwave for 2 minutes. If you fry a little butter in a pan, it will be even tastier.
